Log selection and division

Solid wood core board sorting

The core board is coated with glue

Substrate sorting and health preservation

This process is called health preservation.

In the production process of laminate flooring, in order to prevent cracking in the dry heating season, the precious wood veneer planted on the surface of the big brand solid wood composite flooring is selected by professional quality inspectors, and the moisture content control is extremely strict.
Floor slab forming
The selected single wood veneer is coated with environmentally friendly glue, pasted on the floor substrate, and then entered into an advanced hot press for hot pressing to form a qualified multi-layer solid wood composite board.
Floor slab curing
Since the decorative veneer of the floor substrate is hot-pressed, a large internal stress is generated inside the board. This kind of floor requires a healthy warehouse with a constant temperature and humidity balance in about 20 days to ensure that the quality of the floor is more stable.
Floor cutting and grooving
After the heat preservation, the slab is cut into shape with slotting equipment. The quality of the slotting is of great significance to the splicing of the finished floor. Therefore, large domestic enterprises have introduced cutting equipment imported from Germany to ensure the quality.
Spray paint, dry and finalize
The slotted floor will go through painting equipment. After 8 primer and 4 top paint are sprayed, the top paint surface of the finished floor will be wet and full of toughness. After that, only need to arrange the packaging to end the whole process of laminate flooring production.
